It's scary (in the best way) to imagine what Britney could do musically without the weight of the conservatorship! I can't wait for THAT album, if she should decide she wants that too #FREEBRITNEY

I screamed the other day when my friend said "I have a Britney CD in this car, let's play it", I was like  YEAAHHHH SURE and then when I saw it was "Britney Jean", I just froze.

My position is pretty much neutral. I can admit the album is not as bad as people say, while also admitting she barely sings on it  To answer the question, yes it belongs.

Every long running artist has at least one bad album. BJ is Britney's, so yeah, I consider it as a part of her catalogue.

but Work B1tch is too good to ditch just for that reason.

Whether we like it or not,  it is a part of her discography.

It also says a lot about her professional life at the time - a sonic demonstration of .... let's call it bad management 

Despite that, BJ has some good tracks : Work *****, Perfume, Alien, Brightest Morning Star, Don't Cry, Hold on Tight

I kinda give you that point. Despite hating most of the album I would have loved she released more singles from it. Not entirely because I thought it was the best album I had heard (lol) but because that was her most recent and freshest work to date. It felt new regardless if it was good or not. I hate Body Ache, I actually think its one the worst (if not the worst) songs of hers yet, it would've been cool to get a good visual as great as Work B.

Its weird cause everyone says its a bad album but i really like most of the songs. It has a particular sound and identity tbat i enjoyed back then and i still do when i listen to it.

BUT of course then finding ljt britney sang like a 1/4 of it was a turn off.

Thats what i hate. Not the album itself. For me it is good n part of her discograohy

My opinion is that BJ was a vessel made for a to fit into. It’s a very moody album because I can listen to it  when I’m in the mood to.

I try not to really think too much about the album but it’s ok.
