Once again the court proves probate conservatorships aren't about the wellbeing of the conservatee and never have been. Britney, her attorney, her personal conservator, her medical team and Lynne all want Jamie gone and have expressed how harmful he is to Britney and her health. Serious abuse allegations were made. And yet, Jamie remains to be untouchable for now, for what reason? Just because. Tell me again how this whole system was designed and set up to protect the vulnerable when we have a court and a judge who knowingly and willingly protect an abuser and keep him in power despite everybody but said abuser agreeing how much harm he's bringing to the conservatee. Britney said she's never felt heard by the court and this judge is an exmaple as to why, because they don't. They don't hear her. They treat this without urgency, as if the claims Britney made aren't serious. As if Britney's situation, the things she's said, the way she's begged to be heard, the fact she broke down crying multiple times begging to be helped and understood - are just non serious, casual things one can mull over for a couple of months until the court finds the time in their precious calendar to deal with it and everyone involved comes to a peaceful agreement. This is how the LA court system treats people in need, people they're supposed to protect. They treat them like crazy people not to be taken seriously until they find the time to validate their concerns, if ever. I'm beyond disgusted.

There’s not. She would have to be sentenced for a ****** or be photographed literally receiving money from Jamie before she’d be replaced. There is no way public pressure over a verdict or decision would be accepted to take a judge off a case or fire them.

Like many of you have pointed out, Penny doesn’t give a s *** about Britney’s well being - if she would, she would have done something already a year ago when Britney pleaded for help.

I don’t know how hard it is to change a judge but it looks like Penny isn’t impartial – Britney DID tell everyone she felt dead because Penny failed to help her year ago.

I’m curious to see what is Rosengart’s next move. 🤔

Rosengart definitely was playing nice until now. But he said so himself, they will move aggressively. I feel like everyone involved, including the judge clearly, still don't realize what they're dealing with. If Rosengart isn't going to request a new judge then for sure he'll make some major aggressive moves next hearing. The things he's said so far make it clear he has no damn patience for this stupid game team con and the court have been playing for the last 13 years. Judge Penny might as well sign her resignation letter now.

What about Rose? Can he request a new judge? Or make a point for one?
