Brenda Penny has denied Matthew Rosengart's ex parte order to advance the hearing date and for Jamie's immediate suspension

Judge Brenda Penny DENIED Mathew Rosengart's request to move the September 29th conservatorship hearing up to August. 

Rosengart, Britney's acting attorney, filed a motion last week to move up the hearing to discuss removing Mr. Spears from power - every day that Jamie Spears remains in power is detrimental to Britney's well-being. 

Rosengart asked that, if the court won't move up the hearing, at the very least, the judge should suspend Jamie immediately as conservator. Rosengart says every day Jamie remains conservator of Britney's estate, she feels traumatized and loses sleep. "Every day that passes is another day of avoidable harm and prejudice to Ms. Spears and the Estate."

Britney's personal conservator, Jodi Montgomery, agreed. She says, "Mr. Spears's removal as Conservator is critical to [Britney's] emotional health and well-being and in the best interests of the conservatee."

Unfortunately, as of now, the September 29th hearing will remain.

When medical professionals are stating its in the best interest for a conservatee to have a conservator removed, then it should happen with no questions asked. 

I had been giving Brenda the benefit of doubt and hoping she wasn't as corrupt as Gotez but...
