Wait but why does Ingham claim Britney doesn’t have capacity to sign a declaration? Isn’t that a bad sign?

does he think Britney legally doesn’t have that capacity or he genuinely doesn’t think she is capable of doing it? Cause if he thinks she’s capable of doing it- wouldn’t she ask her if the court is asking for that?

He means she doesn't have the legal capacity (knowledge) to write a declaration, Britneysgram mentioned in their post he meant legal capacity and nothing to do with her mental capacity.

It is that Britney does not have legal rights and the conservatorship is mostly for comatose people, it is that this is a reality. Sam I. referred to that a comatose person has the right to be represented in court and to be represented by a lawyer.

Sam I. is doing a judicial comparison.

In the case that the TMZ information and this narrative is real ... because she has been working for 13 years and with personal relationships, that is a crime and abuse if her mental state is the same as that of a comatose person.
