It's not just the outfits what was wrong with her looks in 2011, it was mostly baaaad makeup. Why though? Back then a lot of people were already seeking for the "Britney face". And it's just because her crazy makeup artist decided to make her as panda as possible.

It was a nice try. Keep going and improving your art. 

But they are very conservative and simply doesn’t work. It’s like going backwards to a time when women couldn’t wear more provocative outfits. But use it as a good critic for your future work.
