Jamie was the conservator over her person, Wallet over her estate. When Wallet resigned it was Tri Star who was left in charge.

No. From the start of the conservatorship in 2008 Jamie was both conservator of Britney and co-conservator of her finances along with Andrew Wallet.

Since Wallet’s resignation Lou’s company Tri Star has been handling the accounting of the financial matters. Any time they make a request the judge approves it as we just saw on Monday when Jamie’s appointee was approved as Britney’s new personal conservator. Nobody objected to that. No objection then the judge says ok. Lou & her co is handling the $.

ETA - Lou may not have the title “co-conservator” of Britney’s financial estate but she through her company have stepped in to pick up where Wallet left off. Lou is all in.

Jodi’s temporary placement as conservator of her person is so that Britney could see her children. Her filing to extend the cship is a continuation of what Jamie already started. He still has the final say while the investigation concludes. All pertinent info (including the restraining order) will be acknowledged at the Sept 18 hearing.

She has the SJB Trust, which her brother controls. There's nothing to say that a portion of her earnings aren't moved into the Trust on a regular basis. I doubt any of us are privy to enough inside information to know how the accounting actually breaks down.

Plus, there's a good chance she WOULD be frivolous with her money or let the wrong people in if it was left all up to her. We really don't know what her mental health diagnosis is...and she appears to live pretty high on the hog as it is. She lives in a mansion and drives some pretty sick cars. I'm more concerned with Jamie constantly pushing her to work for the sake of working. As her Tour Manager he makes a sweet cut of the profits every time she performs. It's clearly drained her of her creativity as an artist.

And I'm also more concerned that the boys appear to be used as tools - as an incentive to work. That's dirtier than dirty, if that's what's been going on.

But the trust is the problem. For what I understand, that trust "included" her companies (Britney Brands, Britney Tours, Fairy Zone Productions) and because of BB her trademarks as well, all of which would be worth quite a lot. Thing is, those companies and trademarks are all under Jamie (and Wallet)'s control now. It seems Bryan doesn't control that trust nowadays as well so idk. It's no confirmation that they stole money, but it's a sketchy story. Considering all the companies Jamie and Wallet created, you'd think everything she has made post-2007 would be funnelled into her cship net worth too, but it hasn't.

And then the Mercy Ministries/Britney Foundation story... Which I could see Britney being baffled at that.

Jamie Spears has a history of failed businesses and  financial ruin. He couldn't even run a damn restaurant for more than 2 years. He would never be able to handle this hybrid business model all by himself.

On the last accounting prepared by TriStar it is said that Britney property's tax was paid and accounted as money spent. It was a lie the property tax is still unpaid as of today. If us fans with the little knoweldge and informations access we have can find this imagine what they are hiding...

You know, I couldn't give a damn about the fortune -- I think if she or he want to do away with the money, do so by donating to the less fortunate or whatever they feel like to actually -- but it is scary how everyone justified the maintenance of the cship on FINANCIAL terms only.
