Eating Disorder

Recommended Posts

She didn’t have an eating disorder as such. Her body was always naturally athletic and slim but there were definitely other factors keeping her weight down.

She abused laxatives and amphetamines, she was always being papped with them from 2002-2007. A lot of people from every industry use performance enhancing drugs and Britney was no different, there’s no shame in looking back at the past critically and no shade here.

The ‘energy’ we often reminisce about as fans could’ve really just have been a young girl taking drugs to stay at an insane physical level and keep the weight off. I’d say this started in 2000.

Anyone whose taken amphetemines knows they give you hours of energy, a need to move physically/dance, zero appetite and absolutely horrific anxious & depressed comedowns. Fits Britney to a tee.

Eating disorder???

That's literally just a 20 year old body anybody could achieve with a lot of discipline, impeccable diet, and the ridiculous amount of dancing / exercise she was doing.

Also, she's holding her stomach in, in the 3rd picture.

And the reason why she looks so thin is because of the angle the picture was shot from.

Is this real? :jackk:

her mom said on her book

I guess it wasn't really an eating disorder but she used to push herself a lot

she probably used some diet pills like thermogenic and such, to go hard at the gym

And actually, that would explain a lot her higher energy on stage

BRITNEY REPORTEDLY CAUGHT USING DIET PILLS WITH RED BULL

Britney was caught by her dad / conservator Jamie Spears abusing over-the-counter diet pills mixed with Red Bull before her “Circus” shows, according to Foxnews.com.

“Britney was definitely trying to get high by taking too many diet pills and energy drinks,” said a source.

“Jamie thinks the combination of the two is making her whacked-out and, causing her to lash out in weird angry rampages.”

“Britney uses green-tea supplements, [Lab 88’s herbal ephedra-free] Metabo Speed ***, Dexatrim and apple cider vinegar to control her weight and energy levels. She also pours those 5-Hour energy drinks into her Red Bulls.”

Be wary of those security guards / tour staff!

Britney Spears is abusing amphetamine prescription diet pills

The National Enquirer says Britney Spears is using both an amphetamine prescription diet pill as well as a powerful prescription diuretic to lose weight. The diet drug Britney is said to be on, Adipex, can cause users to develop a tolerance so that they must continually increase their dosage to lose weight. It can also lead to paranoia, anxiety and mood swings. This doesn’t sound like a good idea for a recovering addict who is rumored to suffer from bipolar disorder.

Britney Spears is using a potentially deadly diet drug to lose weight – that’s the dark secret she’s hiding as she displays her newly trim body while making comeback appearances, say alarmed insiders.

Britney is taking the appetite suppressant Adipex, say those close to her. A medical expert says the drug is like a type of “speed” that can have horrific and even fatal side effects if not used properly.

To make matters worse, sources say the 25 year-old mother of two has also taken heavy doses of Lasix, a powerful diuretic normally used to treat fluid retention in patients with congestive heart failure or liver disease.

[From The National Enquirer print edition, June 11, 2007]

The article says that Adipex can cause irregular heart rhythms, high blood pressure, and heart damage. The diuretic Britney is on can lead to severe dehydration, although considering all the Red Bull she drinks she’s probably got that covered.

Given all of Britney’s issues, it doesn’t sound that surprising that she’s on prescription diet pills to lose weight. She is also said to be planning tens of thousands in plastic surgery to retain her pre-baby figure.

We haven’t heard as much about the Britney trainwreck now that Paris is going to jail. Britney is said to like it that way, although she’s sure to pull another dumb stunt this week to get her name back in the papers. Britney was vacationing for a few days in Mexico at the Four Seasons in Puerto Vallarta. She was seen in an obscenely small bikini and was there with her “cousin”/personal assistant, Alli.
