  1. Mysteriously missing: she just made a bestselling book and will probably release music she already recorded when she needs money. If need be she can make more music, another book, etc. She literally never needs to tour again or do any promo. In the meantime she’s spending money SHE HAS which is… what almost anybody would do in her position. In fact, compared to most functional people, she’s not going into debt for her vacations. The narrative only shifts against her when she’s not working and making money for certain people. As soon as she’s working, even if she’s “not functional” she’s a boss ***** slaying and making $$$, and is a total powerhouse inspiration. People don’t care about the underlying trauma, they just want her medicated and on stage looking the way they want her to look since they aren’t able to do it for themselves. Entertainment is also so superficial. I stg, if Britney had a PR person for her Instagram, got makeup and hair done everyday, and had a stylist she would be “goofy and free spirited”. She works out all the time and is fit AF which doesn’t read as completely dysfunctional either.
  2. In conservatorship years, per year they used to spend like 120k on massages/grooming/nails, 25k on hair and nails, 70k on wardrobe, 100k personal trainer, then however much on beauty/skin treatments/procedures, makeup, tanning, dentistry, etc etc etc. I’m not defending the conservatorship, just saying that everything was probably heavily scheduled with regular maintenance. She’s free now and likely without a mandated schedule. Probably also not wearing a retainer. She’s free to do what she wants and I think any woman is within her right to not put herself through what is “expected”. That’s so much time and money spent for others (especially when you don’t like sitting and being made up all the time). If she wanted to be in the public eye she could get a team of gays together that would make her look the best she’s ever looked. It’s just that societal beauty is expensive and time consuming. I mean look at what gays did to Erika girardi when she was able to pay them.
  3. Ilya works with Max Martin’s production team a lot. Lots of hits with Ariana, Taylor, everybody honestly so it’s not random at all. A Charli X Max X Ilya written/produced song would be the best team we could ever hope for. Say what you want about Charli but she’s a critic darling and a great pop writer/very innovative. Chart numbers aren’t everything. The next britney album will ideally be critically acclaimed since she probably won’t promote heavily to get massive numbers
  4. She kind of lives off of residuals and licensing at this point though so I hope not! Also if she ever gets another massive lump sum of money the predators will come back in full force to try to take it.
  5. I think basically it’s just that in the chorus a few vocal notes were changed. I’m pretty sure this is just the version that leaked a few days before the album? I remember that the chorus vocals in the leaked one back then were more natural like this? That being said natural maybe isnt the word to use since there is a whole lot of vocal correction going on here
  6. No I just think that Britney is a big enough star that the fumbled promotional strategies implemented over the past decade haven’t crippled her success
  7. Obviously Jordan is the originator of questioning the conservatorship, but the Britney's Gram podcast is the genesis of the 2019 movement. They were the whistle-blowers about Britney's forced rehab stay and were the ones to make the pink #freebritney Instagram graphic. The Gram girls were digging up so much information, going to open court cases, and getting insider information while this website was still convinced that anybody suggesting Britney wasn't taking care of her sick dad was a conspiracy theorist. Of course other people were greatly involved with taking over the social justice/protest movements later on but the Gram girls deserve more credit than they get.
  8. Is it just me or is the photography not up to Rolling Stone’s typical standards? I dont mean Sam, i mean the actual photos
  9. Um I’m pretty sure it would go extremely poorly considering it would be a lot like that forced facility stay
  10. Remember those court cases back in the circus era of ***ual misconduct? I imagine it’s probably related to that. Hopefully not
