Why Britney Didn't Talk about Myah

It’s more common than you think

Guys stop with Myah shiit you not doing anything good for Britney

Thank you for sharing these!

I was gonna say the whole “ghost singing” or backing vocalist thing has been used in the music industry for YEARS. Does it make it right? No, but it happens. Britney wasn’t the first and she won’t be the last, especially as AI technology advances.

As for why she didn’t address it, why should she? She wrote what she wanted to write about in this book and the vocal drama is such a small drama compared to the rest of her life and career. She pretty much admitted she wasn’t into her music around that time, so you can pretty much read between the lines. :bedtime_britney_book_Reading:

Have mercy. Will YOU as a singer said that you doesnt sing on (at least!!!!) one album of yours? If Myah-issues will see the light of a day it will but not from Britney. Please.

Im sorry, but the world its not black and white only. So if u think that Britney will tell all of the truth (related to money as well) you are dead wrong.

Some things will be always a secret.

Her songs have always been heavy on backing vocalists and vocal effects. She must be so used to hearing them back that way that she didn’t need to dig further and realize how much Myah was being used. She says she didn’t care for the songs during that period anyway so it makes sense that she wouldn’t listen to them enough to really notice.

Britney said she didn't have passion for music or for performing at the time and that really covers it.

We as fans know she had very little to do with Femme Fatale and Britney Jean aside from laying down some quick vocals.

The main difference being they had industry heavy weights to produce FF and more material with sessions dating back to Singles Collection.

Saying someone else sang portions of an album isn't a good look and would take away from the main points of the book.

I would like to know how many tracks were scrapped from the original BJ sessions but with tracks like Body Ache and Chillin with Lou making the final album. I can't imagine there was much to work in terms of full songs given how inconsistent the final album is in quality.
