As a huge Riri stan, I was really disappointed in the show.  I mean she's not the biggest performer anyway, so my expectations weren't even that high. But like gurlll... you knew for a long time now you were set to be this year's Superbowl performer.... and then you get pregnant??  I'm so happy for her, but gurl you could have let someone else perform if you were not ready to get back into the spotlight and perform again. If she wanted to make some money, she could have just released an album and not perform.

Heck, even the ASL girl in the other window was performing harder than her

But regarding Britney, I agree... she could totally slay a performance now if she really wanted to.  As we see on her IG, she definitely has the energy, and now she's in full control, so she can feel passionate about her performances and music again.

RiRi did amazing and reminded everyone of all the iconic hits she has. And she was pregnant! She probably was in a contract and found out after but even if she knew who cares! Shows what a strong woman she is…The final song Diamonds was iconic with those views

She was boring.  Terrible outfit. Didn’t sing. Plenty of songs to choose from sure, but I think she picked too many that sound the same. The show sounded like one long song.

I have to be a little honest.Pop stars like Britney, Beyonce, Rihanna, Madonna etc.  are not just performance artists. They are people who are judgeg with theşr careers as well as easily judged and watched with a magnifying glass in their private lives and their efforts to overcome the difficulties they face in their lives. most stars have brought their private life to a certain point. For example, no one knows what Beyonce or Rihanna is going through in their private life, when they read a ridiculous gossip article they usually say "No, this is fake news. Beyonce has a voice, tallent or a life. This must be a fake news, . Riri is an entrepreneur, she has a successful makeup brand, there’s no way this gossip news are true" to protect these stars. And also these women are very vocal about some social events and do not shy away from governments, they also have a political side of them.Britney's case is unfortunately very unique. One day she is happy, the next day we read posts whe get it on with her family or any of her relatives, or her children or her ex-husband. When people see Britney right now, they don't think of her ventures, her musical career, or her performance skills. They usually go by "What about her court case with her family? What about her kids obsession on her Instagram posts, did she get it right? Did she get her money from her ex-manager?". britney needs some serious damage control. yes, she is a free woman, but also a lonely woman in front of the public. Her private life will be discussed first, unless she fixes her social image. 

Britney could eat it up easily, yes. But she need to work on some aspects of her life if she wants to come right back at this circus. She does not have any intentions doing that.

no lies detected. she just needs to add 5 more minutes to make it 13 mins or share stage with some1 so she can have a break and be back for an amazing finale.

Finale with toxic looked kind of rushed here but in general that was amazing performance can be compared to performances during her prime.

Her rocking body in that outfit and attitude with pretty good delievered choreo was really a blast from the past.

I think Rihanna is firmly telling the world where her focus is... Her life on her terms. She doesn't need to show up all dressed up for a Fenty launch, if she doesn't want to.
