If someone expresses doubts about Britney's supposed freedom, people on Breatheheavy including mods will bully them and silence them. I wonder if Jordan has an agreement with Britney's so called team. People here can talk trash about Britney's clothing, dancing, mental health etc. But if you want to point out Sam Ashgari's suspicious behavior, you will get bullied and silenced. Has breatheheavy turned into a fan site for the people surrounding Britney, but not for her ?

That's false.

No you all are ruining Britney's life and helping distract from the justice she deserves with these fake theories about Sam and this invisible care plan. That's the real conspiracy here!

Care Plan was in court docs btw. Also the absolute lack of justice for Britney calls questions about Matt Rosengart and his connections to team con. Michael Kane who was involved with MJ's estate when he died under suspicious circumstances, was chosen by Jamie Spears. The same Michael Kane gives awards to Matthew Rosengart. Matt doesn't present surveillance evidence to court  which could incriminate Jamie and team con. The evidence is expired now. Britney is still surrounded by team con. Cassie Petrey employed by team con is still around so is Ashgari. Sam was paid as a chef to cook for Britney when she was imprisoned in Bridges. Sam also said Britney was doing great there, when she was fighting for her life. Britney said she wasn't present in her wedding. Do they **** her? Jodi was in her wedding. Britney said she didn't know who was invited to her own wedding (like Selena Gomez). If you want to see the truth, it is out there.

Britney wants justice. She still hasn't gotten any. Should we trust Matthew Rosengart? I don't think so. He doesn't even do the bare minimum. I don't attack people who blindly follow the official narrative spread by Cassie and co. Everybody is entitled to their opinion. We need freedom of speech and we should be able to question what is going on. I just don't want Britney to die under suspicious circumstances like many celebrities before (MJ, Prince, Whitney). She might be in danger.

We have had no reason NOT to trust him.

You wrote this huge essay about a care plan that you have been repeatedly told is not being used and that you have no proof is being followed. For example, this alleged care plan said Britney couldn't drink and we all know she has posted that she has. She's also driving around.

All of this is because Britney is being PRIVATE and you all want more, more, more from her. Break your addiction to knowing everything about Britney's day-to-day life and live your own life.

You all also quote made up stuff Jamie Spears made up in court. For example, I see some of you quoting Jamie claiming that Jodi wanted to put Britney in a 5150. That is false and that ONLY came from JAMIE. Yet that doesn't stop you all.

So there's a conspiracy of her not being free yet you all have nothing but "opinions" which are not valid.

If you want to have a battle of an opinion, let's throw down over which Britney song is the best (and why it's Mmm Papi :jj_janet_smirk_hehe_haha_lmao_lol_giggle:) and what is better: Apple Pie vs. Pumpkin Pie. Those are threads where it is valid to have a discussion based on opinions. Someone's life where THERE IS OBJECTIVE FACTS is not the conversation where you get to pull something out of your behind and take power over someone's life from behind your computer. Seriously. Take a break from the computer. I say this out of kindness.

The care plan was part of a road map to ending the conservatorship; without considering what would happen if it was ended, the judge wouldn't have sided with Britney. Some sort of support system was always a given given the fact that she was essentially a prisoner for 14 years. Britney had to agree to it. We don't know how long it happened for and it related to her health; we have no right to know about her health.

To insist we have a right to Britney's health records being public is siding with Jamie, her oppressor.

Rosengart has presented evidence of misconduct, proven Jamie and Tristar had ulterior motives and has engaged in the discovery process to get information, which Jamie isn't handing over. The legal process isn't an attractive and speedy one. If you want entertaining legal shows, watch She-Hulk. Additionally, Rosengart has always had a very plan in how to address this, it has been Jamie and Tristar filing motions to slowdown the matters.

To suggest Britney cannot make choices in her owner counsel is to question her capacity, which was used to remove her ability to do, which sides with her oppressor. Removing him, tarnishing his efforts or suggesting he was ulterior motives only benefits Her Oppressor.

Michael Kane has commented on his involvement with MJ's Estate to Popcorned Planet; he was cleared of any misconduct in court. Additionally, he was chosen when all eyes were on Britney's Conservatorship and those directly responsible jumped ship. For all we know, he's being kept in place as a caretaker position. If Britney has chosen to keep Cassie around, she has her reasons. The only reason we question Cassie is because her Instagram was used by Team Con, but we do not know how much control she had beyond or input she had because ultimately, her father controlled the Estate. She has since been outspoken against those who benefitted, but we also need to recognise that certain posts from Britney and viewpoints haven't changed, meaning the post and the power we have the Instagram may have been exaggerated.

To question Britney's capacity in maintaining her staff is to her ability to make professional decisions, which is an argued used to justify the conservatorship.

Either you support the legal system to do the right thing or you don't.

The statute of limitations isn't expired; there is no relevant case law to justify that.

The document that claimed Sam was a chef has already confirmed to have been a falsified document. To claim Sam is a mysterious or shady character is to disregard her testimony where she said she just wants the "real deal"; to get in his car, to get married and start a frankly. Additionally, it also ignores the countless photos of her and him. Britney has spoken about how traumatic 2019 was, he witnessed this but knew he could be removed. That was always the caveat; if you rocked the boat you were removed. Britney went through 14 years of the conservatorship, of course an event six month after would seem like a dream because it might not feel real, after what had happened. Selena is someone Britney praised for years. Everyone else at the wedding was someone who either always supported Britney, was a friend, or had been through a similar experience to Britney.

Additionally, Sam is only one person on an endless list of "allegedly shady people". Anyone Britney is seen with has been deemed as a new "player" to a baseless conservatorship.

To question Britney's ability to chose who she surrounds her with, is to question her capacity in choosing those around her, and suggests that she is suspect to undue influence, which was used to justify the conservatorship

So congratulations, you've conspiracy theoried yourself onto Team Conservatorship using all of their reasonings with flawed, disproven information or misinformation that only harms Britney. Your opinion isn't fact, and further more, an uninformed or misinformed opinion is not equal to an informed opinion simply because it is an opinion. Hypothetical Possiblity is not valid simply because it can be hypothesised.

Well at first she was just a lawyer with a day job that wanted to inform people on the legal ramifications of a conservatorship and to explain court documents.

She then quit her job to become a youtube personality.

She needs content and views to make a living. That says enough.
As a lawyer your “gut feeling” should never be a valid argument. You know you need to bring reason and evidence, which she does not.

Total sellout.

BJ did say the same thing you did, not saying I agree with her just saying she said she needed to see documents and records and wouldn't just go off her gut.

Great. Another Free Britney supporter, who used to be a massive help for the fandom, that now turned to the BANON side.

TSW literally managed to make a career out of this. I don’t know if she’s currently working at a firm or if she’s doing this YouTube thing full time but when she lost her job last time she became super obsessed with Free Britney, more so than ever before. That on its own isn’t a bad thing. But she’s now entertaining BAnon conspiracies and that’s just straight up disgusting, seeing how BAnon is the group that keeps on defending people like Britney’s ex who broke into her home.

She either lost herself in this journey or she simply refuses to let go of what’s giving her the most attention. Both scenarios are sad, except the latter is worse morally.

People need to realize and accept it’s over. Justice for Britney? Still ongoing. But Britney has been freed. And I expect better from TSW or Lisa MacCarley. They both studied law and yet there they are, yelling and spreading dangerous theories and straight up lies, knowing full well what effect that has on people. And all of that is supposed to be for Britney? As if.

and let’s not kid ourselves. Half of this bs comes from people who refuse to accept Britney for who she is now. She’s never going to be how she used to be over a decade ago and she shouldn’t have to live up to such unrealistic expectations. The Britney you’re seeing now? She’s trying her best and she’s healing, on her own terms. Accept that or leave. Britney isn’t anyone’s puppet. Anyone who thought a free Britney = pre Circus era Britney only set themselves up for disappointment, based on selfish desires. Britney is trying to move on, and her fans need to move on, too.

@ICouldntThinkOfOne @Yok1 I have a question. Why is Britney still referred to a “conservatee” on the latest court documents, whereas Jamie and Jodi are referred to as “former conservators”?

This was a topic that had been discussed and resolved in court around January 2022; that conservatorship ended November 2021, and Britney was no longer a conservatee. However, the issues being discussed in court I.e the objections to the 12th accounting are in reference to a time in which Britney was a conservatee. It's also worth nothing who and what a party is saying about the other.

Britney and her legal team recognise the conservatorship has ended, and in turn, refer to those involved as such; Jamie WAS the former Conservator until he was removed in 2021 and Jodi was a conservator until the conservatorship ended. On the flip side of this, Jamie and his legal team are attempting to muddy the waters to vindicate Jamie; they have done this by attempting to incorrectly describe events in final orders for example. Between attempting to force Britney to pay his legal fees, attempting to unseal her health records, and quash information, It could therefore be assumed that HIS description is based on a now well documented tactics that could be described as abusive; describing Britney as a conservatee could be seen as a powerplay of sorts, describing himself as a former Conservator could be seen as an attempt to create distance between himself and his duties.

How exactly are we ruining her life and obstructing her justice? :britdrown_britney_tears_crying_drown_ink_black: You should call out her useless fixer lawyer for that.

That kind of Team Con-like manipulation won't work on us, sorry lol.

You could be right, she posted today about a "baby c ship", in her stories she said she never heard of it yet and posted a document of what a baby c chip looks like.

There is a court order that says the conversatorship has been terminated and court notes refer Britney as former conservatee! There is no conservatorship in place. What SW posted was an exemple of a care plan inside a conservatorship

That's exactly what I said lol She was referring to a "baby C Ship" as the care plan and posted an example.

A care plan to some is a baby c ship you have to sign an agreement and follow the agreements.
