Britney Tweets: I have no justice at all in my eyes... at all!! Just ending the conservatorship is not good enough for me

I don't mean to sound like a political alarmist, but Britney's conservatorship case is why the rising fascism and authoritarianism should scare us all. 

Fascism has what is called it's "legal phase" where it's completely legal to take away people's rights and do unspeakable things to them. That's what happened to Britney and her family went along with it. Why? Just for money and fame. It's sick. I'm not saying the country will fall to fascism if Britney doesn't get justice, but it makes you wonder, if someone as high-profile and rich like Britney can't get justice, where is the hope for the rest of us? 

I have to hope that this is Britney's frustration at how slow justice has been and that Rosengart is still working to bring justice in other ways besides her book.

sounds like team con advised the facility they thought she was a "danger to herself" so she was under observation

Unfortunately, I feel like there is no real justice in this world unless we make it. Not that I hope Britney unalive her fam or something, it's just that depending on a court that in the first place had allowed this to happen isn't fair imho. So I feel Britney, there is no justice (or hasn't been served so far)

So it's true, she's not happy with the "advance" after being freed. Either her legal team told her "we can't do more" or "we aren't sure if we should do more".

Ugh, how can she move on if this isn't really closed?

They'll be justice even if it doesn't feel like it right now. Just cause there isn't, doesn't mean that it won't. Look how far it's been going so far, so imagine how things will be in a year from now. The counsellor she sees now needs to help with her unhelpful thoughts

justice does not exist. in the book of the republic, thrasymachus in dialogue with plato, claims justice is “the advantage of the stronger”. plato spends the rest of the book trying to pin down what exactly justice is by formulating a polis in which he believed it resides, allowing him to retrace it back to the individual. that book is a pretty long read by one of the most important philosophers to ever live, and yet did not produce a definite answer to the question “does justice exist?” 

britney will not be avenged because justice is arbitrary and therefore meaningless. for example brock turner, a r.apist, was sentenced to 6 months but freed within 3 months. 🤡

there is no justice in this world.
