The biggest enemy here is the state of California’ Probate Court.  They allowed all of this to happen.. but obviously Rosengart can’t come directly for the court without taking team con down first… eventually TriStar and Jamie will formally excuse themselves by saying they acted under the court’s consent and that’s when things will get even juicier.

The court didn’t apply for the conservatorship – nor schemed for it for three years praying and fasting together like Jamie and Lou. Jamie could have stopped the conservatorship at any moment, had he really cared about his daughter.

 

The court and Ingham enabled the abuse to happen but the biggest abusers and culprits for Britney’s suffering and the whole conservatorship were still Lou and Jamie.

 

Rosengart is 100 % correct when he goes after them first and foremost.

Did you read the whole document? That is the last page of that document where she indeed claims that Jamie and Lou weren’t in charge – even though they planned the whole thing, started the conservatorship, lied to the court and could have ended the conservatorship at any time but didn’t. 
 

Lisa is so blinded by her own agenda that she is making hyperbolic statements, interfering with a case that isn’t hers and now drawing the attention to the wrong direction.

I bet Jamie and Lou is happy that she is strengthening their argument that they were innocent and clueless and just following court’s orders. 🤦🏼‍♀️

2. It's weird she wants so bad to get involved in the case to the point of submitting actual papers to the case.
