See how they used TMZ as their mouthpiece to communicate the lie of “no book tour bc it’s not abt $ JL would rather be with her kids”. TMZ will always be in Team Con’s back pocket. This confirms what we already knew about them being in JL and Lou Taylor’s back pocket as well.

This is incorrect. Burden of proof in a defamation case falls on the PLAINTIFF (person filing). So that would mean BRITNEY would have to prove 1. That JL is lying  2. That JL is doing it with malicious intent and 3. Show how it’s affected her mentally/financially etc. Which is all very hard to prove and typically why celebs don’t sue for defamation.
Cardi Bs most recent case against a vlogger is a good example,because the vlogger was actually on tape saying she knew what she was saying was a lie and she was directly effecting Cardis livelihood because she didn’t like her.

This is spot on psychological analysis by Psych Advice on TikTok. Every video that’s reacting to this saga on YT even body language analysis all say that Jamie Lynn lacks empathy and is a narcissist. The Spears family dynamic is toxic to the extreme. However I agree with Psych Advice’s statement that JL & Britney are two sides of the same coin (Britney said as much too) yet they are each at the opposite sides of the spectrum. Which is true and it’s what makes this so much more infuriating and heartbreaking because JL knows what it’s like to have grown up in a narcissistic household. She knows what it’s like to have a team of handlers swoop inc take control and run your life. But for selfish reasons she can not bring herself to admit that what happened to Britney was wrong, more so in Britney’s case, but still just as wrong as how they treated Jamie Lynn. And she supports the abusers while benefiting, at time financially along w/ her husband,  from her sister being on lockdown in a conservatorship.

I wonder if JL have enough money to sue back. Winning or losing is a different case, but if this went to court, she might have a hard time paying the lawyers, and this can be dragging for so long. Britney is literally a bank at this point.
