Jodi Montgomery files petition supporting Britney's request to remove Jamie & also supports decision to appoint Forensic Accountant as Conservator of Estate

Britney's conservator over her person, Jodi Montgomery, who started working as Britney's care manager beginning in 2018, filed docs this week supporting the removal of Jamie Spears as conservator over Britney's estate. 

"Petitioner hereby joins Conservatee [Britney] in the Removal Petition. Petitioner seeks from this Court the same relief prayed by Ms. Spears in the Removal Petition," read the docs.

They add that "Ms. Montgomery respectfully notes that Ms. Spears' medical team agrees that it is not in the best interest of the Conservatee for Mr. Spears to be and remain Conservator of the Estate."

Jodi supports the motion to hire a forensic accountant as Conservator of the Estate.

Britney's attorney of her choosing, Mathew Rosengart, is demanding Jamie Spears step down. If not, he'll pursue great lengths to force him to.

No one does but she's trying to save face now and playing on the good side now. She will not take any risks now because she has seen what WE did and what we could do to her!

This is really good, it's a big thing a current Conservator is agreeing with both removing Jamie and replacing him with a forensic accountant (the one of Britney's choice).

I'm not a Jodi fan at all and she's just saving her *** but Britney needs this, so i'm glad she's filed this. This brings us closer to getting rid of Jamie and even closer to getting Britney freed.

I think it's good that Brenda sees the majority of the parties involved agreed with Jamie out, I really can't see what could she say to refuse to remove him now
