Filler alone can entirely change someone's looks. Add weight loss and make up on top of that, and it's not that far-fetched.

She definitely looks amazing... but she doesn’t look that different, compares to before, on video... so there’s also a little Photoshop involved in the pictures!

What she says is partially truth. She definitely went for a bichectomy, which is a minor ambulatory procedure.  Other than that, those changes are very possible. Radio-frequency machines such as Morpheus 8 and Facetight, enzymes, jaw line definition with coprolactone and bótox for reduction of maseter muscle are all just a few injections and thousands of dollars away.
