She’s been forced to perform songs she didn’t care to do, denied songs she wanted to do. Nagged about her weight, diet, meds. Constantly scrutinized. No wonder she just wants to freely spin in her home naked!  Probably the most free she felt in 14 years!

it is sad but she deserves to be happy , I hope she finds a good man, gets marry ,have babies and just enjoy life

Ain't it funny tho how many many celebrities release new songs, albums, whatevers and do tons of promo, do the whole strategic stuff on social media, so many publicity stunts and all but miserably fail or at most get 15 minutes of fame, meanwhile all Britney does is freely dance and post whatever she wants and people get hyped by their imaginary new Britney album. I always say not to compare, but Britney really is such an icon and she deserves to be out of the spotlight and enjoy herself just like other celebs do too.

I can't take this right now. This breaks my heart. I want her thrive and enjoy life. That's the most important thing. For me, I thrive when I listen to Madonna & Britney. I have been afraid of the time when Madonna will quit doing music because of age, and Britney because of the destruction. But it's so so sad. I don't want her to quit her job that she loves and we loves. Because she still does those dance videos and so on. So there must be some joy left in her surrounding music. It's like a ****. Uuuhhh I can't think about it. I want her to blossom like a flower. I say they are my religion. Goddesses live forever but they are human. I need the light in my heart from the love they give.

Sometimes a long break makes someone higher in demand.. She can do it on her terms if she prefers to this next time and call all the shots if and when she does feel like doing any more music.

The bug will eventually hit her and she will start recording. But we all have to realize no promotion Britney might be here to stay lol and I don’t blame her

Just release Greatest Hits album (last official one "Singles Collection" was released 14 years ago) and just add 2-3 new songs.

 

I'm sure they have enough demos from each era to find something which sounds fresh

She'll be back. She didn't say she's not doing it, she's simply taking the time to find herself. And when she does return, I'd love to see her experiment with genres she loves, and would love for her to use her soulful voice again from her OG albums.
