The original report stated that they apologised once they realised it was Britney, which reads as they apologised only because it was Britney. The point remains that the security improperly lashed out at a five foot two woman, and acted wrongly, because I highly doubt a six foot four body builder would have recieved the same treatment, but it's also the reporting and statements that come after...

To double down on the claim, not apologise publicly and for the video to come out which went against their claim isn't a good look. 

There is a level of privelege that comes into it.

I’m talking about the fact she said she felt to the ground while we have the video and she clearly didn’t fell. Even then fans are defending her like ‘noo she probably means her sunglasses felt on the ground’ or ‘noo maybe she fell AFTER the video.’
