Judge rules Jamie Spears must sit for a deposition #JusticeForBritney

At Britney's court hearing on Wednesday, the judge ruled Jamie Spears must sit for a deposition with Mathew Rosengart. 👏 That's a big victory for Britney considering Jamie has dodged Rosengart's repeated attempts to depose him. 

Jamie and his lawyers are demanding Britney be deposed as well. It is believed they want to question Britney over accusations she made about how she was treated, including being put in a mental health facility against her will, not allowing her to get married and more. At first, the judge was prepared to deny Jamie's motion to depose Britney, but ultimately decided to put that ruling off until July 27th. 

Rosengart previously said there's no legitimate purpose to force Britney into a deposition and called the request "morally abominable" and "revenge."

Jamie Spears will sit for the deposition on August 12th. We know Rosengart will grill Jamie about surveilling Britney without her knowledge. He'll also demand Jamie hand over sensitive documents pertaining to the conservatorship and her finances, amongst other things. Stay tuned....

Is this where they’re deciding if Britney has to pay for Devilynnes legal fees of $600K? 

It’d be an utter travesty if she does. Lynne should be ashamed of herself for even bringing up this case

I feel like Pennywise is gonna make Britney pay the fees for everyone because she KNOWS Jamie and Lynne can’t afford them and she probably feels bad that the attorneys won’t get paid.  I stg she better reject that crap.  And this better not be a “let’s just just this back for the next hearing.”

idk what’s all on the calendar, but I’d like to hear “Mr. and Mrs. Spears, you are required to pay your own legal fees.”

”Mr. Spears I am setting a formal date for your deposition, I see no reason of necessity for Britney to be deposed.  Let’s get this done quickly, within the week.”

and

”I have been lenient for too long, I want ALL documents related to the conservatorship, including ALL communication between the conservators and the conservators and their attorneys handed over to Mr. Rosengart by end of week.  Otherwise I will find each party in contempt of court.”

I hope

• the 12th accounting is REJECTED
• All past accountings are RE-OPENed for review, which vastly increases the range of questions Jaimie/Tri Star can be depositioned on
• Jamie is COMPELLED to take deposition
• Jamie is SANCTIONED for dodging his deposition 3 times

^^Some of these issues may have to wait until July 27 to be decided

And the Motion to compel Britney Spears to depose.

My opinion: Both will be ordered to be deposed because penny is dumb to comprehend the law. Britney is not obligated to be deposed because there’s no suit going on. But i don’t have faith

i’m not really worried about that because britney was the victim and there’s nothing james can do it because there’s are a lot of witnesses ready to come forward

Absolutely not; that would be a big big blow to Britney. Rosengart has made a great case against Britney having to pay for anyone’s.

If Jamie or Lynne can’t afford their attorneys then they should’ve picked an attorney that suits their budget. Also Jamie made over 6 millions off Britney so he definitely can afford it. 
 

Fees aren’t been discussed at todays hearing tho.

the judge does what the lawyers tell her to do. feelings are not a factor. ingham never objected to any fees before, that's why everything was always approved. rosengart has laid out the better case for them not to be. same with britney's deposition.

Where can we get any updates?? At this point Im a little lost in this case and media usually tells the stories to their own ways that I end up even more confused than before reading the update....  stan accounts and here in exhale explain everything in detail.

So far only Elizabeth W. from Variety is in court and will update later. I don't know of any other major accounts that have gained access to the court.
