TMZ is an interested party so they get all the documents themselves. Sometimes lawyers leak them early to them but it's hard to tell in this case. We won't see when they were filed until the docket updates on Tues.

He said in 2020 he had heard from sources at the hospital where Britney was at days before the conservatorship that they zapped her brain and it was something so dangerous that they thought Britney died. She then was so 'bewildered' that they were able to justify she needed a conservatorship from a doctor seeing her in that state for about 10 minutes.

They must be leaks because @notedyourhonor has very generously provided the most recent Rosengart docs and this was not among them. It’s a holiday weekend in the US soooo the timing of this is, of course, did. There is one 6/29 Lisa McCurdey doc on the LA court website but that wouldn’t have this TMZ info.

To be fair to Judge Reva Goetz, it's saying she's the one judge who won't give James Parnell the power to administer psychotropic *****.

This looks terrible on Lou M. Taylor, though...

Because obviously, Lou thought she was going to a) become co-conservator, and b) felt it was important to interview the various judges ahead of time to ensure that psychotropic ***** could be administered.

I don’t think that was the judge they referring too, they didn’t go that Friday if I’m not mistaken, it was a Monday so it wouldn’t be the judge they’re stating in this document

The probate laws of California are broken by the Superior Court when Judge Reva Goetz places Britney Spears under a temporary conservatorship (Case # BP108870). The cause of the temporary conservatorship is due to "dementia." A violation of due process occurs when James Spears' attorneys select Samuel Ingham III to represent Britney, despite the California Probate Code specifying that Britney receive a document telling her she may select her court-appointed attorney herself. Judge Goetz includes a handwritten note: "PVP Counsel shall review and discuss the orders and related proceedings with the Conservatee. PVP Counsel shall retain all copies of the orders and pleadings and shall not leave them with the Conservatee."
