@Ghoulia I've been trying to find her Norfolk, VA address on Google Maps and it seems impossible. Her Colley Ave. address takes me to a strip mall with something like a Chipotle in it.

My gut tells me that you're right...In terms of keeping a low profile due to links to Larry.

• Larry likely brought her in right at the beginning in 1998...Virginia is a lot closer to New York than it is to Louisiana.
• Larry likely brought her in again after Bert Padell was fired.
• Payments to WEG stopped while Stacy was at the helm.
• Britney then hired Todd Gelfand after firing Larry and officially marrying Kevin on the same day.

But...

Why would Britney make Stacy a trustee on the SJB Revocable Trust and the Love Shack Trust (and likely the SJB Insurance Trust) if she was associated with Larry?

I wonder what provoked the switch to Todd Gelfand?

Stacy Smith (nee Gordon) divorced Dr. Harold Ellis Smith in 2001.

In 1999, she incorporated the business for Bruce Grossman in NYC.  

So she may be Norfolk, VA based, but I'm guessing she was traveling to NYC on a regular basis.

Stacy Smith has two daughters.  One graduated from Tulane in 2007, so that would make her probably ~4 years younger than Britney. I wonder if Stacy used that as a way to connect with Britney?

I totally missed this...I didn't read the details of the document you posted, because I'd seen it before. I didn't think anything of it.

So...

Why even incorporate in Florida? 

Did you know that Larry had an office backstage inside of the big arena in Miami? I wonder if Britney paid for that, too?  I saw it somewhere. Maybe the WEG docs?

The location was a short drive from the Four Seasons in Miami where Britney would have stayed prior to Larry flying her to Crossroads. I mapped it out once.

Anyway...

The Onyx Tour didn't launch until March of 2004...But it was announced in early December 2003.

Oh, the tour was just announced in December 2003! So that’s even more sus. The team must be working through contingency plans in case something happens on the tour. Last minute paperwork hastily compiled seems like something done to either cover up a problem or try to prevent something imminent?
