There's 2 versions of (You Drive Me) Crazy. One on the YouTube music video, and a different one in Spotify.

I think the stop remix is better. Max Martin does not miss, and I think it packs a way better punch and the instrumental gives me chills.

But I hate the delay they add in the video after the “stop” to show the actors from the movie it’s promoting. It ruins the flow.

I think the stop remix is easily her best single from the 1st 2 eras. 
side note: wish they released the vma/dwad tour rock version of oops as a bonus track or something

Yes, the album version is the original

 

But when the song was released as the third single off the album, a remix was commissioned, The Stop Remix!, which was also part of the Drive Me Crazy movie. I ignore if the Remix was added as bonus track to some international releases, but it was included on the Greatest Hits compilation, as well as The Singles Collection, and basically most of the compilation albums.

 

The Stop Remix! itself has other remixes that were included on the single, like the Spacedust Mix

Totally In the minority here but I feel the Album

version is far superior.

Sure the Stop! Remix packs a punch, but it’s also missing the ore-chorus and the album version is just incredible when the beat drops at the beginning, literal total ear candy.  It’s so catchy and dynamic.

I think the Stop remix is AMAZING and I do think it’s more radio friendly, so I understand why it was created, but I think it’s not as multi-dimensional sounding as the album version

The album version is better when played with a live band like it used to be, but the Stop Remix has the edge for me.
