Tommy Hilfiger brings new Britney Hoodies.

Inspired by band merchandise through the ages and throwing it back to the streetwear of the early noughties, Tommy Hilfiger is releasing Tommy Revisited: Music Edition. The artist-inspired capsule collection features some of our personal favourites, such as Backstreet Boys, and Britney Spears, as well as legendary rock and roll band The Rolling Stones.

When you think of Tommy Hilfiger, you think of the late 1990s. It brings back memories of the famous crop-top loved by Destiny’s Child and TLC. Of course, it also makes us think of the late, great Aaliyah, who was the brand's, launching their jean campaign in 1996. Her records have just recently become available on Spotify, so the launch of this music-inspired collection with one of her favourite brands clearly is a testament to her lasting influence on music and fashion.

The Britney brand will get a cut too. Anytime you use someone’s likeness they have to be compensated as well

It's cute. I've always liked TH for their design language and aesthetic, so I'm pleased to see that this specific hoodie is no different (it's very TH while incorporating Brit). And while TH is relatively affordable compared to other fashion brands, it's still stupid expensive for what is essentially a piece of fabric.

whatever licensing they had to pay, it most likely was already paid long ago independently of how many sweaters they sell or not. Like, I don't think they receive a check for every single sweater sold.

I’m such a Tommy Hilfiger boy, literally half of my closet is from them but the Britney shirt is not it because there so much going on with that picture. Also, not me complaining about too much pink when I literally stan the mothers of gays, Brit and Nic.
