Though if Britney's petition in September is granted, and her father is suspended, January will be  moot.  Rosengart has a strong petition and strong probability of financial corruption can be urged to immediately suspend him. Best case

Her kids have only known her under a conservatorship. I wonder if she seems like a push over to them since I'm sure they didn't even know about the CON until recent years, so all they saw was their mom compromising to people's requests. I also wonder what kind of a mother Britney would've been if she was free this whole time. God willing she'll be able to have more babies and truly get to mother the way she always wanted.

I actually think this is good...Jamie can be removed Sept 29th and then Rosengart has till January to investigate the abuse in the conservatorship while its still in probate...he can then use Jamie's filing to bolster his claim to have Britney freed...

Can someone tell me what the differences are between the two hearings on Sep 29 and Jan 28? If Jamie filed for termination and is set to be discussed on Jan 28, what is the purpose of the one on Sep 29?
