Britney's lawyer Mathew Rosengart is "considering moving case to federal court"

Judge Brenda Penny has not ruled Jamie Spears must step down as conservator yet. Mr. Spears did say he's willing to step down, but when the time is right.

While the ruling is not “what Britney or her team wanted to hear,” a source exclusively told The Sun it’s not “slowing down their momentum.”

A source tells The Sun claimed that “moving Britney's case to a federal level” has even been discussed.

“Moving to federal court is not off the table but it's a long and tricky process to enact."

“But to Britney's advantage, Mathew has a long history as a federal prosecutor so if they decide to go that route, he has experience and will bring out the big guns,” they added.

"Mathew and his team are still confident about their position in this case and will continue moving forward to remove Jamie from the conservatorship,” the insider alleged.

I'm not sure if the probate case can be handled by the federal court, but could they at least start pressing charges against Jamie and co. even if the conservatorship problem is still not solved?

We will have answers after the Sept date. If judge Penny doesn't act Britney's favor, then it's time to move this case to.a higher level. Maybe taking the congress offer as well.

i guess this is being leaked by them - meaning team rosengard to kinda pressure the judge to do the right thing. i think this is them testing the waters and applying pressure.

this guy is on a mission, he will free britney spears.

Next hearing really is going to determine everything. if Penny once again decides to stay compliant in this then there's no other way, honestly. I've felt for a long time that this was needed, simply because the probate court refuses to treat this case as anything but a simple, normal conservatorship case, with zero urgency. the LA probate court is never going to act the way they should and punish team con like they deserve to be punished because the entire structure is full of corruption.

Pennywise will do nothing to help Britney, evidenced by her SON calling the free Britney movement a fake movement...

It needs to go to federal court. Federal conservator laws won’t be as crazy as the wacky California laws
