Part of me fears the judge and the lawyers are getting a high out of this high-profile case, and will extend things to continue feeding their own egos. Hope I'm wrong. I do think Mathew Rosengart is highly respected and the court system would be wise to grant Britney the right to hire her own attorney like any other US citizen can (including freaking murderers).

Gosh, I haven't been this hyped about things possibly moving forward for her in a long time now. I really do hope Penny judges fairly and let Britney chose her own legal counsel. I mean... if Lynne petitioned that herself, it means at least one of her family members is siding with Britney.
