What do you all think will be the outcomes from today? I’m scared that Penny will say Britney needs to undergo another evaluation to determine whether she can choose her own council… if the cship gets to choose the evaluator it will be a nightmare. I HOPE to God that Jodi’s request will help and that Penny will grant Brit the authority to choose, and that Rosengart can be appointed TODAY if that’s even possible. I think once he’s representing her, things will move very quickly from there.
