Christina Aguilera says she's not going on a diet in the foreseeable future, so haters / people judging her body are just going to have to deal with it.

Xtina lands in the new issue of L'Officiel Italia. In it, she says:

I have a couple of thoughts about this.

I love the confidence and the no f---s attitude. I try to live my life only giving f---s to the things I care about.

However, I think it'd be beneficial if Legend X, and anyone else interested in ramping up their healthy lifestyle, viewed nutrition in a different light.

The word "diet" has a lot of emotion and stigma behind it.

Watching what you eat, being mindful of macro and micro nutrients, learning when to stop eating when you're full, portion control etc... these are all really powerful tools to becoming your best self.

I do love body positivity, but I also love when people strive to better themselves (versus complacency – btw not saying Xtina is being complacent – just speaking in general terms).

I hope this doesn't come off as insensitive or that I know it all. From personal experience, I have lived my life with and without focus on nutrition, and I find that dialing things in nutrition-wise gave me a fuller life (pun intended sigh).

Of course Xtina has the right to live however she wants to. As does anyone! It's HER body and I respect that.

Maybe it's hard for me to see outside of my bubble. Exhale, what are your thoughts on this?

Your Gays TM privilege is showing here Jordan...you are one of those crossfit guys so most of your identity is around fitness, so I am sure this mind blows you LOL

....honestly, I used to drive myself nuts trying to live up to the gay body lifestyle. I dieted and exercised 24/7. It was so intense. I put way too much pressure on myself. Now, while I weigh 20 lbs more but I am much more happy, and I try very hard not to hold myself to the crazy body standards that gay men set for themselves.

I take that energy and put it into my career, my friendships, my hobbies, and my family. Id say it has made me a much better person....so good for Xtina, it makes me respect her!

I still remember her and @britisthecolor trying to downvote me a couple of times when I defended Britney. Guess that never happened lmao :hiii_britney_wave_glaad_2018_waving_hello:

I never downvote anyone just for defending britney, that's the stupidest thing anyone can do.I do that if a member is being delusional and annoying or if s/he puts down another artist to supposedly defend britney.I remember downvoting you for something although I don't remember what it was about.but I remember that you weren't only defending britney and there was something else I was mad at.I also remember you childishly finding a **** ton of random and old posts of me and downvote them.

@Hooked-On-Knee he is twisting it.
