at 1.52 i heard britney 2008 voice in "party" and "ringing" but maybe it's overproduced and in reality it's really gaga's voice.. i don't know

It IS Britney samples from her demo but it’s not used as a primary vocal so she doesn’t need a credit. Just like Katy Perry  does backgrounds at the end of Ooh La La and is uncredited.
