Britney is (or was) a world wide phenomenon and on record sales alone, is much more successful than many ahead of her on this list. 

I love RiRi and she’s had chart success and sold a lot of singles, but she’s nowhere near as iconic as Britney.

I don’t think this is ranked honestly it is the top 60. Whatever number they are at isn’t what they ranked at, it’s just a list. I saw my two favorites Nicki and Britney in there so I’m content.
