Yes that's very true, she is so young. We can only pray and hope that she will recover and that there will be no life lasting damages. We still don't know the full extent of her injuries. The Spears family did say that the media had some of it wrong. So I hope and pray to God this child will be ok. Link to comment

Critical means not being able to get vital signs under control, especially blood pressure and heart rate critical but stable means vitals are maintaining but not change in actual status. She is probably in an induced coma to try to decrease swelling in the brain. It will be a few days to determine how much damage to the brain occurred or if she will wake up at all. Link to comment

Ugh That was the part I feared the most too. She's young and strong so let's hope that her precious brain won't suffer from it. If it's true they put her in a coma to avoid further damage, then it is not unheard of that the patient recovers fully. Sending them positive thoughts. Link to comment
