She has never soundrd the same in all of her albums. What does sounding like nelly means? The nasal less fortunate version of kylie Minogue?

Normally, I'd say the lyrics are tacky, but considering pop Nelly has been MIA for almost 2 decades, I'm kinda here for it. The beat is nasty too, though I do wonder what happened to the Madonna collab.
