I don’t think she will get the outcome she wants or deserves. DeviLou is very well protected and she’s gotten away with it - Jamie is the scapegoat and that horrible Judge Penny keeps dragging things along to protect herself.

She is giving up on prosecuting, probably because she saw exactly what we also saw..NO RESULTS. Not even a glimpse.. a tiny little glimpse of criminal prosecution.

This case could’ve easily been moved to federal court LAST YEAR… the day after the conservatorship was terminated.

This case remained only in probate court because of the twelfth accounting.. A whole year wasted. They already stole her money.. it’s gone, the twelfth accounting could only potentially make her get $600K back.

I figured it was Rosengart not pushing the court to send Jamie to jail, when in fact, it is Britney that doesn’t want to spend more money on her pathetic excuse of decrepit father. Rosengart was a major disappointment…It seems he loves to act all tough on paper and he loves shading Jamie on paper but when it comes to actually DO something, he does the bare minimum, not sure if it is because Britney just doesn’t want to spend more money.

Sounds like she's not down for a criminal trial and to keep this mess going.

Justice for B, but I do understand her wanting to heal and move on with her life.

She's now in her 40's and I could see her not wanting to keep fighting for many years to come.

Rosengart mentioned early on that it would be up to what Britney wanted to do in terms of criminal charges, sounds like she's made the choice not to fight.

Britney needs to continue fighting.

I truly wish she would do an interview on her terms and read her family to filth with Drew Barrymore, someone she is comfortable with and values.

I hope she speaks for Congress's.

I also hope she gets a new lawyer and puts her dad behind bars, as well as Lou Taylor.
