Britney clarifies she wasn't referring to Selena Gomez: I genuinely look up to and respect Selena

The weird thing is the way she is basically commending Kelis for her video and empowering women…but in her OG post she was basically calling the person out for being a hypocrite and then doing that video.  I’m so confused but w/e…maybe Britney realized she was being too critical.  She obviously gets in her feels sometimes and enjoys empowering herself with her body.  There is a lot we don’t know about Britney.

i love my queen brit forever but i dont think ALL those “coincidences” were actually coincidences each time she seemed to shade Selena. And that’s ok. 

Britney is clearly facing a LOT right now and I don’t expect her to behave perfectly, it’s actually what we love about her. I became a stan in 2007; her rebellious and zany spirit has always been what draws me to her.

But lets be real; all those photos, all those direct references of what Selena has said in speeches, those were not coincidences.

I’d like to clarify us moderators do not post anything on the BH socials thank you very much.  I believe it is just Jordan who runs them, we do not have the same opinions/intentions. So do not lump us into that, as mentioned on numerous occasions any comments that are negative about the running of BH should be done so privately. Britney was clearly talking about Selena and found out the hard way fans weren’t here for it. I love Britney but hopefully she leaves other women alone now. The Xtina post and the weird Selena obsession (that led to her getting unfollowed by Xtina and getting allegedly blocked by Selena) was odd to say the least. But it’s “fan drama” right??? Lol

I hope I’m not being mean but I’m just so frustrated. Britney tells us she wants justice but then spends a court day shading Selena. Result: The media (and us) talk about her Instagram AGAIN instead of her court case. How are we supposed to get others on board to support her when she is inflaming the very same fan bases who helped us spread Free Britney to begin with?!!!

Selena has a MASSIVE fan base and since Brits most direct hit towards Selena all of her posts since that post have had negative comments from Selena fans. Obviously she was going to have to backtrack. Fans can believe whatever they want but I’m pretty sure Selena blocked her a while back (although some fans on Twitter swear it was the other way around) and she plays JB’s music non stop on IG and kept posting that stupid doll photo. She even oddly compared Selena to her mother y’all 

That being said I do hope it calms down the situation and Britney is a bit more careful about flaming fan bases. I LOVE Britney but she’s not as stupid as some fans obviously believe if they don’t think she knows what’s she’s doing😂😂😂

britney can do whatever she wants but literally 2 months ago she quoted and mocked Selena’s speech using the “I had everything but was broken inside …” she has referenced Selena’s songs and used that image of her … 

nonetheless I am glad Britney got called out and apologized … even if it’s half assed. There is probably more to the story with her beef. But it was definitely about Selena, so hopefully she stops with Selena’s documentary coming out next week, I feel there’s lots of content for Britney to use ..
