Victory! Britney will NOT have to sit for a deposition despite her father's repeated attempts, the judge ruled at Wednesday's court hearing. 

Mathew Rosengart said Britney “feels traumatized by what she went through” throughout the 13+ years in the conservatorship. Having her sit for a deposition would re-traumatize her. The judge agreed. 

"Tri Star's depositions are coming," Rosengart told fans and reporters outside the courthouse after the hearing. "Tri Star was ordered today... to produce all documents related to the electronics surveillance."

Whistleblowers previously claimed Britney was secretly recorded in her home without her knowledge, which included conversations with her kids, husband and lawyer. 

The judge decided to push back a decision on whether to depose Britney's former business manager, Lou Taylor, and her former assistant, Robin Greenhill, at a hearing scheduled for August 24th, Page Six reports. Taylor and Greenhill may also be forced to hand over any relevant documents pertaining to their time working for Britney, something they're vehemently opposed to.

It WAS so weird. And it was coupled with a request for Britney to verify in writing her place of birth. Maccarley was like “your honor, this makes no f.ucking sense”(paraphrased)

then MR brought up the Jason Alexander stalking incident, and confirmed that Jason Alexander is still incarcerated for this. Judge Penny sided with Britney’s team

Last hearing Lou's lawyer sat with Big Sloppy and helped him argue with Rosy in court. FreeBritneyLA reported this. 

I think Lou will continue to drag Jamie and JL to the 11th hour before jumping off that ship to save her own.

This happened today too. They sat together but I didn’t see Tri Star’s lawyers helping Sloppy.
