Britney's July 27th court hearing: Britney will not be deposed by Jamie, Tri Star ordered to produce all documents related to the electronics surveillance

Victory! Britney will NOT have to sit for a deposition despite her father's repeated attempts, the judge ruled at Wednesday's court hearing. 

Mathew Rosengart said Britney “feels traumatized by what she went through” throughout the 13+ years in the conservatorship. Having her sit for a deposition would re-traumatize her. The judge agreed. 

"Tri Star's depositions are coming," Rosengart told fans and reporters outside the courthouse after the hearing. "Tri Star was ordered today... to produce all documents related to the electronics surveillance."

Whistleblowers previously claimed Britney was secretly recorded in her home without her knowledge, which included conversations with her kids, husband and lawyer. 

The judge decided to push back a decision on whether to depose Britney's former business manager, Lou Taylor, and her former assistant, Robin Greenhill, at a hearing scheduled for August 24th, Page Six reports. Taylor and Greenhill may also be forced to hand over any relevant documents pertaining to their time working for Britney, something they've vehemently opposed.

Edit: she’s not being billed. Sorry! I assumed she was still paying for everything and that’s why this was even on the list.

The only people being billed by britney are Rosengart and his firm! the fees in question are from the past accountings
