We're too similar. I think this is why we had issues in the past. 

Tbh I only have a bad impression of debt recovery because a sheriff depute took a dislike to me, and he would summon me to court for every.single.case before granting them. It got to the point that the Senior Solicitor I worked for was considering putting in a complaint.  

I covered conveyancing while someone was on maternity leave and it was the longest 9 months of my life. 

Oh, and despite @Damon's claims that he is my trophy wife, he too works in the legal sector. When we opening Exhale Law?

Creative sector (writer & visual artist). I combine my own projects with freelance/commissioned work to pay the rent. I'm working towards getting a part-time position teaching creative writing; freelancing is fun, but at this point in my life I want a source of income that's a bit more stable and less unpredictable.

May I ask.... how do you guys handle the pressure to start with? Also, how on earth are you able to save money? The workload is immense and it always gets carried on at home. I work in a private school so it might be the conditions there but the whole system is very draining. That being said, I love the actual teaching process and the relationship I build with the students. However, I feel like being borderline altruist, I do a lot of things at MY expense (mental/physical health) and while I do help the community, I feel like I'm slowly burning out.

What are your own experiences/thoughts on the education sector?
