Why doesn’t she just put limited comments on or remove them? Also the MAJORITY of comments are positive and good - who’s showing her the negative ones and making that the focus point.

Is it possible that it's related to all the crazy fans reaching out to Vicky/Sam etc dictating how to live her life and who she should have around her? 

In general fans are saying good things but there are also fake fans attacking those who she loves, hence being defensive. That's my take.
