Seems a good result today, the main thing being that Britney has her money back and Jamie and co did not get paid their fees, with no suggestion they will at the next hearing (retaining Britney's funds for that, who do they think they are!). I do wish that Penny would stop with her habit of pushing everything over though. I am really optimistic though that by the next hearing Jamie will be in the midst of a criminal investigation. 

Weingarten seems to be a swaggering fool. If he does not want to lose in court then he should pick his clients better (i.e. pick one that is not so obviously guilty).

RosenGOD  He is such an AMAZING lawyer. I am so glad Britney has him. You can tell he's such a good guy too.

Jody is the only one who is getting her stuff paid. None of the rest of them are, and Rosengart is objecting to Jamie and Lynne's and everyone elses. YASSSSSS. I am so glad our girl will have access to HER money within 7 days! The money she worked her entire life for. Finally in her hands!

Judge Penny implied today that when all discovery has been completed this case will be sent to another department for trial. That could be within the year.
