Its not that expensive to get the ab treatment that Britney is using. Its between $700 to $1000. You can actually  buy similar items to 'recreate' the ab belt shes wearing for less than $100.

I love that she's posting this because im so over celebrities pretending they get nothing done, this is more real.

I vaguely remember that in 2015ish Britney was photographed with laser brochures, and then appeared in POMS next leg after that looking so much more toned.

Britney has literally never looked bad in her life and nothing will change my mind on that; whether she was incredibly toned like she was in the Onyx days or 2015 through to 2018 or when her body was a little bit less toned with a little bit of a curvier frame. I 2011.

I do think, as a fanbase, we really need to be more supportive of her body; body positivity or even body neutrality. Britney has always been criticised for her appearance, and then she had two kids, and then was put into a system where someone else could chose her medication which can affect weight etc. The world was cruel to Britney in 2011, right through to 2016.
