Mathew Rosengart signs on to defend Peter Max from abusive guardianship

This is awesome. I thought about making a post here about Peter Max and other unjust conservatorship cases from families/people that have been inspired by #FreeBritney, but decided against it because you can’t always tell who’s in the right in these cases when a lot less information is public compared to Britney’s. I didn’t want to do more harm than good.

It’s really great to see Rosengart wanting to help more people fight for people in conservatorships who don’t need them.

Conservatorships are so dangerous, I'll never understand how anyone approved such thing to exist with such loose regulations, or should I say no regulations at all

This is awesome , Britney and Mathew Rosengart should be proud , they're making history !  

 

And it's so scary seeing that picture of teen Britney with Peter max not knowing they're about to be put under conservatorship less than a decade later, it's so awful .....

The Max family is in good hands with Rosengart coming on board. And for those concerned that Rosengart is being stretched too thin don’t worry. A powerful attorney like him has plenty of people under him to help out.

Rosengart is an hero. We should help in everything we can. The case needs visibility. Even when he's a talented artist, I don't see media talking about and it helps, sadly. So, if we could share the info and using our voice, it would be great.

Are they just granting conservatorships left and right ? I'm so happy Britney helped investigate such a broken system with absolutely no regulation. It's insane how little regulations (if there are any tbh) these conservatorships have
