It could be that either Juno didn’t want to show up to avoid being questioned, but it could also be just a normal rescheduling issue. I would assume that if she was fired, Netflix would release a statement.

Her acting was so terrible in series 1, all the critic reviews mentioned it. If they reshot it was maybe to edit down her scenes into smaller parts.
