That was funny.  Harassment has a narrow definition legally.  Making the definition broader than it actually  is legally is a great way to run up billing with uninformed clients.  Wasser likes to call anything other than praise "harassing messages".

Does this work?  It seems so subjective.

I guess the subjectivity is why it works. Thats kind of funny...I could imagine she has a bunch of associates on social media getting paid $300k per year to troll stans just to get "harassing" responses. I can think of a few  BH users that could fit in this bucket.

$300k collectively, for a team, right??

I'm in the wrong line of work :imok_goo_ooze_yellow_slime_mess_blonde:

They can pay people to have trolls posts hidden, or bury them in a flurry of other comment or as we saw in depp case deploy an army of bots.

But harassment, like what Taylor Swift is dealing with.  The laws are set up for that stuff and they are pre-internet. Stalking, cyber-stalking - there is some language in there that could apply to online "trolls" but the attorneys seem to want to defile the term harassment.

The probate referee!

Already appearing by March 16, 2010!

This is likely California Probate Referee Joseph D. Bua Sr.

...

Sept. 2010 - During this month, an expense for “Conservatee (Elder) Abuse & Cross Complaint” by Barger & Wolen, LLP in the amount of $6,170.00 is charged to Britney’s estate under “Conservatorship Legal Fees.” Further, an expense for California Probate Referee Joseph D. Bua Sr. in the amount of $10,000 is charged to the estate. Both appear under “Disbursements - Fiduciary and Attorney Fees” in the “2nd Redacted Fourth Account Current,” which is eventually filed with the probate court by June 14, 2013.

Question...

Was there a probate referee assigned to Britney's case in 2019?

If so, do we know the name of that person?

Yes! Someone finally said it!..This has always been the most logical reason for Jamie to seek advice from Blair Berk

The New York Post article from last year Painted a picture that this behavior is the norm for Spears men.

That's been the allegation from the beginning.

It originally came from Lutfi.

...

“You know, this is so much more than a magazine article — we’ve been doing dictation, she’s been telling me her story, and I’ve been writing it all down. It would make a great book!”

I suspect that this was a key thing that Jamie was “holding over” Britney. Because Britney doesn’t want to be viewed as weak. the media still portrays victims of s.exual assault as pitiful damsels in distress.
It’s the latest iteration of victim blaming.

Lots of women choose to hide this type of assault bc they don’t want their lives defined by it. It’s the only part of a woman’s testimony that people pay attention to.
The way media writes about s.exual assault still reinforces the misogynistic view that s.ex is the only virtue of a woman.

Something that James is holding over Britney...

Or that Britney (and Lutfi) are holding over James?

I don't think it's the most logical reason for Jamie to seek advice from Blair Berk, since it's clear he engaged in other kinds of criminal activity and this particular thing is something that would probably never see the light of day . Even if it were true (and regardless of what we personally choose to believe, that's a big IF), B would probably never make it public, so why sould Jamie need a lawyer? Courtney said this a while back but it's pure hearsay.

Also I 💯% figured out the simple common thread between Berk, Wasser, CONs, money, and the corrupt judges and a BONUS connection to child stars and potentially how Lutfi fits in.

Don’t leave us hanging! I’m still waiting for Susan Bassi to spill the beans on whatever mystery she was alluding to yesterday

At first i was super happy and getting ready for my "I was right!!!" dance...its always been about "net cash," AKA fake accounting terms

:neydedance_purple::ari_arianna_pink_bad_hair_flip_cocky_flirt::straddle_britney_pink_yoga_meditation_bounce_legs_spread_gym:

but then i got sad bc the problem is too big to fix bc its usually tied to politics. Its banks stealing people's money. This is SUCH a basic story, every country struggles with it. This is normal. The US had a special financial system--it was unique in that the ecosystem was self strengthening so politicians could not break it. But that is likely not true any more. I'm now thinking that the Britney CON network is probably tied into Trump politics and funding. They are prob funding both sides of the aisle, so theres no hope.

I feel like my best friend, US finance, just got a terminal diagnosis. I knew she was sick, but it feels different to lose hope. I KNOW this makes me an uber weirdo^^but i accepted that a long time ago. I am what I am.

The reason I'm thinking that the problem is too big to fix is the bottom left...the tie to casinos. I assume Trump's funding and financials tie into this network.

I'm not even going to try to convince anyone of the link to Trump conspiracy theory...take it or leave it...its an assumption based on what is normal in every other country in the world.

For bank corruption, Trump is a symptom, not the disease. We have been spoiled in the US that it hasnt been a common problem.

Having any of these accounts is what makes a person vulnerable to exploitation.

Once you are in this court/financial black market and there are enough people living off your money, you only need one corrupt judge to sign off on the CON.

These court blocked accounts are exactly like a CON account, you have to get approval from a judge for spending. So if you have a judge in your pocket anyone can steal your money.

What Goetz did with "net cash" was help the robbers not get caught. Now its impossible to tell who is spending whose money.
