I’m not surprised by his background that he’d be hesitant of court’s etc. 

also can britney fill out the form and have Sam deliver it? I thought under the conservatorship  her signature basically does not count for anything? Her conservators need to sign forms on her behalf right?

My guess is that he has to walk a fine line between helping Britney get free and not getting forced out of Britney's life by the conservatorship. It seems like he's literally the only insider who is actually there for her.

I've been saying this all week. I want to trust him for Britney's sake, but for Britney's sake I am also trusting nobody who has not actively helped liberate her. It doesn't add up.
