I know how that feels. I love true crime, but the really disturbing cases can stay with me a long time and cause anxiety.

Did anyone watch defending Jodie Arias?  It’s from the perspective  of her defence attorney and it’s really interesting.

 

Also the case of Shanda Sharer is quite possibly one of the worst...

I assume most have watched "Unsolved Mysteries" revival on Netflix, the one that creeped me out the most was "House of Horrors". I usually prefer quick bites condensed in an episode than most of the new "series" that drag a case over 6 episodes.
