I feel ya, Britney's costumes in her videos are supposed to be iconic, you know people around the world will recreate them, so I've always found it fustrating when they don't show them in full.

Fun fact: Heidi from the Sugababes wore the same outfit in 2009 for the About A Girl video.

 

Jade also wore something similar to the Circus tour costume. 

Not sure if these outfits were getting shared around this time or if they were working with the same teams.

I clearly remember that as it was sort of the turning point in Britney’s promo efforts. There was zero TV promo, Britney did nothing more than tweet the MV link, but her website was trying to push weird fashion spotlights as promos. It was very 2009, like create-your-own-look style thing.

I'm this was the time I became obsessed with checking her website everyday. I loved the fashion links to recreate your own version of outfits... they did it all from music videos to tour outfits

I remember they had posted the link for this top which was from a company called Bella something or other and I was obsessed and was saving all my money to one day be able to buy it... I never did tho but it was referred to as a corset by the company

They also linked the shoes which if I recall were Louboutin but I'm not 100% sure anymore

One of the most underwhelming videos of the Circus era, but she definitely looked amazing in it. I think this video, Gimme More, and My Prerogative, she looked the most like a **** star.

Omg I haven’t seen that video in years  that was really good. I love the weird claustrophobic stilted camera work. it totally fits the chaotic house party vibe and I lol’d when she walked out of the house all stepford like
