Have you listened to Miley's first two albums? Okay they were not straight up rock but there was quite a lot of pop rock songs on them. Also, Kicking and Screaming and Talk Is Cheap from The Time Of Our Lives EP. 

Anyways, not sure how to feel about this song title .
