At least the stream counts are still there, but popularity of specific tracks in context of the album is gone.

Even when I play the track from an old playlist which doesn't say Tinashe, it plays the remix

I think we will have to upload the original by ourselves to put it back in our playlists.

Yes we have to replace it with a local file, which makes the streams void as far as I know.
