  1. Demi Lovato Drops album track "29" which candidly speaks about her past relationship with actor Wilmer Valderamma. Demi's new album HOLY **** drops Friday. I'm so ready! Are you? "29" is an absolute bop. Honestly my personal favorite release from HOLY **** so far along with "Substance." Thoughts?
  2. On the song “29,” speculated to be about her relationship with Wilmer Valderrama: “When I turned 29, I remember I was on vacation and I just realized I’m 29 now, and it put things into perspective. It put everything into perspective. And I’m very careful with the way that I answer these questions because I feel like the song says it all. I don’t have to say too much, to be honest, but turning 29 was a huge eye opener for me. And then, going into treatment and having realizations led to my transformation, my release of the emotion that was put into this song. I would be lying if I said I didn’t have a ton of anxiety about putting out this song. I just said, ‘I have to go for this. I have to own my truth.’ Yeah. And I do still walk that line very finely. I’ve learned that sometimes saying less is more. And it’s taken me to 30 years old to maybe learn that, but here I am approaching the way that I express myself differently in front of the media because it’s okay to have boundaries.”
  3. Demi started her tour in Springfield Illinois State Fair, Will you be going to this tour?
  4. Demi Lovato recently shared that she has adopted the pronouns she/her again and does not use they/them right now. The 29-year-old singer shared about how she felt last year and why she has adopted those pronouns when being interviewed on the Spout Podcast. When asked about they/them pronouns, Demi said, "I've actually adopted the pronouns of she/her again with me. So for me, I'm such a fluid person that I don't really and I don't find that I am... I felt like, especially last year, my energy was balanced and my masculine and feminine energy so that when I was faced with the choice of walking into a bathroom and it said, women and men, I didn't feel like there was a bathroom for me because I didn't feel necessarily like a woman. I didn't feel like a man. I just felt like a human. And that's what they/them is is about. For me, it's just about like feeling human at your core." "Recently I've been feeling more feminine, and so I've adopted she/her again. But I think what's important is, like, nobody's perfect. Everyone messes up pronouns at some point, and especially when people are learning, it's just all about respect," Demi concluded. Related:
