I just preordered the audiobook and I'm okay with Michelle. 

I can understand Britney's choice not to narrate the whole book, I'm just glad it's coming out.

I’ve been saying for a while B feels so absent from this. No “real” current promo. Nearly zero promo from her. And most embarrassingly, a 22 year old picture of her for the book cover. 
 

Feels like nothing near that book she was dying to write since at least 2008. I cannot pinpoint it, but something is just off.

This group always has something stupid to complain about. It’s not stupid you wanting Britney to read her own words, that I get, but it’s the insults and degrading you hurl towards her when she doesn’t do something YOU want and or believe should happen. Newsflash: it’s not your life nor are you making decisions. Truth is your life needs lots of work, as all of ours, so maybe place that ill willed way of thinking as inspiration to fix your own bull**** and stop placing your **** on Britney.

I understand the frustration as a fan BUT we can't ask her to live again and again her traumas. The writting process might be hard enough for her.

Yeah, it’s not the upset at her fans wanting to hear her voice on her story.  It’s 100% how they go about voicing that. It’s always lead with some sort of dig and degrading stance. It’s sad and says more about them than their hurt.

Britney is not the first person to do this, lots of other celebs have gotten other celebs/people to narrate their stories. Britney is literally telling us she doesn’t want to relive it. And she chose Michelle, a big A-List actress to do it. That’s amazing!

I liked those reasons Britney has explained for why she didn't narrate the whole book. I really thought that being too emotional doing it could have been the one of the probable reasons for her to not to do it entirely. Like when she allegedly didn't record 100% the song See My Side for Blackout because it really hit her emotionally. (Jordin Sparks did)

But my first reaction to the book being narrated for Michelle was like: who is she? I don't know her, ugh. Kind of disappointed. But it's not a big deal, I could get used to it. Wasn't she that wife of one of the cowboys in the movie Brokeback Mountain? Gonna google her.
